Introduction to Cottage/Home Succession Planning

Nadia Bechai is the founder of Bechai Law, a boutique law firm in Toronto, where she specializes in estate planning and administration.  She has earned the TEP designation – an internationally recognized designation that formally identifies trusts and estates practitioners who demonstrate expertise in the field.    Nadia will review the importance of estate planning, particularly in the context of the recently announced federal budget and its impact on the transfer of recreational properties.”
