Treasure Island LPAT Appeal Postponed

Submitted by lwrawebmaster on Tue, 05/12/2020 - 08:35

From Kirstin Maxwell at the Town, in answer to President Ball's question:

"At this point all LPAT proceedings have been suspended until June 30 – and I don’t know what the rescheduling backlog will look like, if they intend to bump the cases scheduled after that too. "

So everything is on hold pending resolution of the Covid-19 pandemic.
